Settings button not available in mobile view — Pictique

Description

On the Pictique platform (eID MetaState), the Settings button is missing in the mobile view of the Messages section. Users have no way to access settings from this screen on mobile.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Pictique on a mobile device (eID MetaState — astate.foundation)
2. Navigate to the Messages section
3. Observe the screen — there is no Settings button available anywhere in the mobile UI

Expected behavior

A Settings button should be accessible within the mobile view, consistent with the desktop/expected experience.

Only the "New Group" button is present. No Settings access point exists on this screen.
