What would you like?
A beautiful feature that some others note-taking apps have chosen to do, would be to add tabs to the app.
A good place could be to add them above note (picture below, made by AI, so the UI is not very beautiful... Looks like firefox...)
with the ability to keep pinned some of them (if needed, take inspiration on Note Tabs plugin on Joplin)
As your software si now really multi-tasks, it can really be useful to have several notes almost side-by-side, in order to compare, to copy-paste a lot... to switch very easily from differents notes...
It would bring different usage from the "Pinned" notes, that you have to scroll to find the good one.
For precise tasks, tabs would change everything.
But as maybe not everybody would be interested, it could be useful to set an on/off activation into the appearence menu.
What problem does it solve?
For tasks (permanent or occasionals), it allows the user to have everything he needs on the same screen, with very accessible notes or others elements to compare / copy / switch...
