Warning when installing with `uv`

Description

When installing the new khiops package (pip wheels 11.0.1.0) with uv, kh-status raises the following warning:

Warnings:
        Warning: Khiops Python library was not installed with 'conda' or 'pip' but with 'uv' installer. This will probably lead to unexpected errors. Go to https://khiops.org for instructions to re-install it.

I think uv should be exempted from this is compatible with pip and getting more traction every day.
