[Feature] Add dropdown to header column (Explorer-like)

This feature requires a kind of grouping mechanism, that e.g. the Windows ListView common control has. This again requires some knowledge about the data that is displayed in a column, which means that the drop-down menu or at least the groups need to be supplied through the virtual paradigm too.

Well, from my perspective is should be just a stub mechanism. That is, an option to show dropdown arrow and a menu or some kind of panel that would be shown on click. User has to fill filter items and react on filter change by himself by means of callbacks.
