[Feature] Add a prominent "Uncompress" button to the Steam Library

Currently, uncompressing files in the Steam Library can only be done via the right-click context menu.

Suggested change:
Add an extra "Uncompress" option to the "RECOMMENDED ACTION" section for compressed files in the Steam Library.

The result is as follows:

This improvement would noticeably enhance the user experience — after all, a single click is far simpler than right-clicking to pull up the menu and then selecting the uncompress option. XD

I really agonised over that decision for a long time believe me, but I really couldn't figure out how best to add one there since that really is a "Recommended Action" section. Unless I think of something better, the uncompress action will stay in the context menu (for now it doesn't really make sense that you'd need to mass-uncompress anyway).

I might play around with making the uncompress button show up when you hover over the game, but I've got some other things I'm working on for now :)

When recommending this project, I’ve run into users who had no idea how to perform uncompression in the Steam Library. lol

I figure we could add a simple guide to walk users through how to uncompress files in the Steam Library. XD

Yes that is important lol, I've got absolutely zero documentation on how to do anything which is pretty bad.
