chore: 删掉 NextAuth 残留依赖和文件 (#403)

认证早已迁到后端 Sa-Token，代码里已经没有任何 next-auth / @auth/* 的引用：
- package.json 移除 next-auth、@auth/prisma-adapter（lockfile 同步；@types/node 写的是
  "latest"，重新解析顺带从 26.2.0 到 26.6.5）
- 删 app/api/auth/[...nextauth]/README.md（描述的路由早就不存在）和 sql/nextauth_schema.sql（无引用）
- .env.sample 去掉前端不读的 AUTH_GITHUB_* / AUTH_SECRET / AUTH_TRUST_HOST / AUTH_URL

prisma/schema.prisma 里的 legacy 表按 CLAUDE.md 保留不动。
