[Feature request] LLM-driven video subtitle and danmaku translation

Feature Description

By integrating LLM to enable translation of video subtitles and danmaku, with compatibility for OpenAI-format APIs, this is very convenient for watching videos in non-native languages and offers a huge advantage in reducing language barriers. If implemented, it would also become an important distinctive feature of PipePipe, and at least I have not seen similar features in other open-source software of the same kind
