Having grid with horizontal scrollbar leaves empty space after the last column and the scrollbar doesn't move to the end.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open almost any sample with horizontal scrollbar, i.e grid filtering dev sample
2. Scroll to the right

Actual Result

You can see that there is additional space after the last column and the horizontal scrollbar is not at the end.

Expected Result

There should be no space left
