[List] Different inner component positions in Angular and WC

Description

On the List, when the title and subtitle are hidden, the components in the end section move to the left side in Angular, while in WC they remain on the right side.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the list demo
2. Hide the title and subtitle
3. Observe the two implementations

Actual Result

The inner components move to the left in Angular, while they stay on the right in WC.

Expected Result

The implementation should be aligned between both frameworks so that the inner components have the same position. Not sure which one should be adopted
