Update Mac64 platform to emit .so files instead of .dylib#4

We need to update the compiler / linker flags for macOS to add -bundle to make the macOS library a loadable bundle. Although Apple recommends a .bundle extension, Unity and most other applications use .so for compatibility with other systems.
