Currently, there is no endpoint at the root URL (/) to indicate that the application is running. When a user or developer accesses the base URL, they are met
with a generic error page, which can be confusing.
This issue proposes creating a GET mapping for the root URL (/) that returns a simple, user-friendly page. This will serve as a clear indicator that the
application has started successfully and will provide a better experience for anyone interacting with the application for the first .
