From e74381711accff248f4e82475ab8a41b4b16d6a4 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Seungpyo1007 Date: Sun, 1 Nov 2026 00:42:24 +0900 Subject: [PATCH] fix(data/cpu): correct the Xeon X5698's boost clock and release date boost_clock_ghz was 1.0, below its 4.4 GHz base: Tier 0's only hard violation (!boost_ge_base). Wikipedia's Westmere-EP table gives multiplier 33 and turbo bins 0/1, so the top turbo is 34 x 133.33 MHz = 4.53 GHz, computed the same way as its siblings (X5690 3.73, X5687 3.86). release_date was 2013-06-01; the same table dates the part Q1 2011, so it is now 2011-01-01 and the file moves from 2013/ to 2011/ as the path rule requires.
