Hardware Crash Analysis reports "not supported" on Windows 11 25H2 (build 26200) — RGD Trace Source rejects system before any driver/API check #75

Description

@Chronic1e

Environment

  • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT (RDNA2, discrete, sole active GPU — onboard Intel UHD 770 disabled in Device Manager)
  • Driver: AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 26.6.2 (WHQL)
  • Radeon Developer Panel: v3.5.0.18
  • OS: Windows 11 Pro, Version 25H2, Build 10.0.26200 (public release, not Insider/Preview)
  • Secure Boot: Off
  • VBS / HVCI (Memory Integrity): Off (confirmed via Win32_DeviceGuard, VirtualizationBasedSecurityStatus = 0 after reboot)
  • TDR: TdrLevel=3, TdrDelay=15 — confirmed applied after reboot

Problem

RDP shows "Hardware crash analysis not supported" and stays Offline, despite meeting all documented requirements (discrete RDNA2, driver ≥25.3.1, RDP ≥3.3, Windows 11).

Log evidence

(14:43:08.182) INFO [RDP] OS Name : Windows 11 Version 25H2
(14:43:09.084) WARNING [RGD Trace Source] System info received and parsed, but system does not support RGD.
(14:43:09.272) ERROR [Driver Experiments Manager] Failed to query driver settings blob for DirectX 9.

The rejection fires immediately after parsing System Info, before any DirectX/driver probe or client connection — suggesting a hardcoded OS-version whitelist check rather than an actual capability probe.

Troubleshooting already performed (no effect)

  • Disabled integrated GPU, RX 6750 XT is sole active adapter
  • TDR settings corrected and confirmed applied
  • Secure Boot off
  • VBS/HVCI disabled and confirmed off after reboot
  • Driver and RDP versions both exceed documented minimums

Question
Is Windows 11 25H2 (build 26200) currently excluded from RGD/RDP's supported-OS list? If so, could it be added, and is there an ETA/workaround?
