Subject: [PATCH] refactor(api): simplify endpoint metadata configuration

* Remove WithOpenApi() calls
* Use AllowAnonymous() instead of WithMetadata(new AllowAnonymousAttribute())
* Rename the Tester Swagger tag to Testers
