Feature idea: a simple target liability evaluation — given a gene name, output a human safety score for knockdown/knockout plus the supporting signals (essentiality, genetic constraint, critical-organ expression, on-target effects seen in genetics or drug data). Genes flagged with red signals would point toward needing partial inhibition or tissue-specific delivery rather than complete knockdown.
Would appreciate the team's consideration on this.
