DTGS172 Simulating Bacteria not avaliable

Hi there,

I want to do some simulation of bacterial fluorescence images using DeppTrack2 but find that the DTGS172 Simulating Bacteria is not available.

Would you like to share the example notebook?

Meanwhile, I'll do this myself by using Cellmodeller to generate bacterial cell masks and use DeepTrack2 for image simulation.
