Hi DeepLabCut team,
I'm using a multi-animal DeepLabCut project and the model was trained successfully on multiple animals. Offline inference with DeepLabCut detects multiple animals as expected.
However, after exporting the model and loading it into DeepLabCut Live GUI, the GUI only detects one animal, even when multiple animals are clearly visible in the frame.
I'm wondering if this is expected behavior or if I'm missing a configuration step.
Specifically:
- Does DeepLabCut Live GUI currently support multi-animal inference?
- Is there an additional setting (e.g., maximum number of animals/instances) that needs to be configured after exporting the model?
- Are there any requirements for exporting a multi-animal model that differ from a single-animal model?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
