Describe the bug
When user or administrator enter keyword, after he adds "," or "б" symbols that are likely located on the same physical button of the keyboard, entering of the keyword interrupted (finished) unexpectedly. Therefore, it is not possible to add keywords that contain symbols "б" in the beginning or in the middle of the word. Issue affects Ukrainian (UA) repositories where letter "б" is one of the letters of UA alphabet. The issue was reproduced in Dspace v.7 and v9.
Expected behavior
Adding "б" symbol should not interrupt keyword entering process. So, it should be possible to add keywords that contain "б" in the beginning or in the middle of the word.
