[V1.3.3] When CraftBot continues - waiting for response tasks are continued in the background

Expected: CraftBot should handle each task state appropriately

What happened: CraftBot continues tasks on restart that are supposed to be wait for user response

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start multiple tasks that at some point require to ask the user for input (CraftBot sets task as waiting for response)
2. Quit Craftbot
3. Restart CraftBot
