match tree exactly to nr/remove-live-status design

Previous restore missed a stale diff in the compiled client bundles
(client.9b2e11fb.js, legacy/client.532031ad.js) left over from the
gh-pages auto-deploy. Checking out the full tree from
nr/remove-live-status guarantees an exact match to that design.
