Python pre-requisites are in the readme. Multiple C++ versions should be ok.
The only things that need building:
In RaspberryPiOpenSourceIris/OSIRIS_SEGM/src/ , there is a makefile.
In RaspberryPiOpenSourceIris/PAD/BSIF_C/ , run python setup.py install
