Allow extension builds and exports from a target destination

Explanation

Currently blueprint -build and blueprint -export, exports or builds whats inside .blueprint/dev it would be good idea if we could do blueprint -build dir_path and blueprint -export build_path to allow better developement of extensions since with more extensions it gets annoying to rename extension each time for small changes

Is there an existing issue for this?
