Windows (powershell + cmd) does not recognise colorized colours

or are just black/white (cmd):

But emojies and colourized (see the lib) coloured outputs look broken:

Goals

• Have PowerShellproperly make use of coloured output (check if emojies are possible).
• Make sure cmd works and omits the colourings bytes (which do work on unix systems)
