v0.5: Reach 1,000 verified knowledge modules

Goal

Grow OpenDevIndex from the current 250 indexed modules to 1,000 source-backed, independently versioned knowledge modules without lowering the editorial or validation bar.

Current baseline

• v0.1 foundation: 100 modules
• v0.2 discovery/taxonomy baseline: 135 modules
• First v0.5 growth package: +25 modules
• Generic trusted-main catalog publisher
• Sharded catalog growth model
• Global duplicate, taxonomy, source, and quality validation
• Reach 250 modules

Growth rules

Every module must remain useful on its own. New batches must use reviewable catalog shards, authoritative HTTPS sources, meaningful summaries, taxonomy facets, use cases, key points, and the normal validation pipeline. Placeholder branches and branch-count-only additions do not count.

v0.5 product goals

Alongside coverage growth:

• strengthen related-technology cross-links;
• improve staleness detection from verified_at;
• expand source-health reporting;
• evolve the contributor quality dashboard;
• keep the static/search index fast as the catalog approaches 1,000 modules.

Progress should be measured from the generated public INDEX.md, not raw Git branch count.
