Build documented real-repository compatibility fixtures #10

Description

@BLCCoreStudio

Goal

Strengthen confidence in AgentContextMap semantics with a curated compatibility fixture suite covering current documented instruction formats and tricky target-specific behavior.

Acceptance criteria

  • add synthetic/minimal fixtures for each supported agent ecosystem
  • cover nested hierarchy, path-specific activation, manual/model-decided rules, imports, and cross-agent conflict boundaries
  • include target paths and expected active/conditional/manual source sets
  • link every semantics expectation to current vendor documentation or a narrowly reproducible compatibility rule
  • include regression cases for previously fixed edge cases
  • keep fixtures free of private repository content, credentials, or unclear licensing
  • run the fixture suite in CI
  • document how contributors add a new fixture when vendor behavior changes

Scope

This is a correctness project, not a benchmark or compatibility-percentage claim. Results should remain conservative and explainable.

This corresponds to the README roadmap item for broader real-repository compatibility fixtures.
