fix(notes): 修复 EchoDiscovery 未使用导入并完成全量验证

- 移除 EchoDiscovery.tsx 中未使用的 extractNoteText/cn 导入
- 移除 NoteShareButton.tsx 未使用的 framer-motion/Share2/X 导入
- 移除 LearningGuide.tsx 未使用的 useNavigate/X/ChevronDown/ChevronUp 导入
- 移除 PomodoroMarker.tsx 未使用的 useEffect/useCallback/Clock 导入
- 移除 PomodoroMarker.tsx 未使用的 noteId prop
- 修复 mcpNoteServer.ts 未使用的 NoteLink 类型导入
- 修复 achievementStore.ts 未使用的 get 参数

验证: tsc 0 errors, oxlint 0 errors, 1033 tests (102 files) all passed
